The innovative method to recycle waste tires is aimed at providing the method and equipment of converting waste tires into fuel oil and carbon black, which has the features of continuous production operation, low pressure, low pyrolysis temperature, low energy consumption, etc.

Operation Procedure:

1. Crush waste tires into pieces of 2-10cm, and then wash, dry the pieces.

2. Feed the dried materials into pyrolysis reactor, and then pipe into carrier gas.

3. Heat the reactor by 370-500℃ high temperature for 5-20min and then get liquefied gas, petrol and diesel oil mixture and coarse carbon black.

4. The liquefied gas goes back to pyrolysis reactor to supply heating source. The iron is removed from coarse carbon black by the magnetic separator and then get the finished carbon black by screening. The petrol and diesel oil mixture removes the impurities and moisture by adsorbent and then goes into distillation tower.

5. The oil mixture in the distillation tower is converted into gasoline, light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil by fractionation.
