Product description:
Waste engine oil, lubricating oil, crude oil can be converted into diesel oil with higher values by catalytic pyrolysis technology and high-temperature distillation technology. It is based on the boiling liquid, and separates different components out according to the volatilization degree of different mixtures. After high-temperature distillation, the resulting oil products will have a darker color and bad smell, so we recommend that the distilled oil to be further purified. By using the deodorization and deodorizing equipment developed by Beston Group to process the oil, we will finally get diesel oil and gasoline with clean color.

Beston waste oil treatment project can convert crude oil, pyrolysis oil, used engine oil or lubricants into useful products. The final products are 85-90% diesel oil, and the remaining 10-15% of residue and combustible gas.

Final products and applications:
Diesel (85-90%): used for tractors, trucks, ships, diesel generating sets, etc.
Slag (5%): used as fuel material for heating the reactor.
Combustible gas (5%): can be used to heat the furnace, or liquefied and stored.
